Memberships are billed weekly, fortnightly or monthly and provide access to exclusive benefits, priority booking, and structured care. Each membership is designed to support consistency and long-term results rather than one-off treatments.
Yes. Most memberships have a minimum commitment period to allow time for results and consistency.
- Bare Roots Skin Membership: 3-month minimum
- Brazilian Glow Membership: 3-month minimum
- Brazilian Luxe Membership: 6-month commitment
- Eye Trio Membership: 3-month minimum
- Skin Needling Programs: Fixed 3-month or 6-month programs
After the minimum term, applicable memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Skin Needling programs and prepaid series are not refundable once commenced.
Memberships may be paused in special circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss your situation so we can support you where possible.
